EU Customers. Your order includes VAT. Goods are shipped from the Netherlands. No duty tax needs to be paid.

Switzerland and UK: Import tax and duties apply (incl. VAT) - see below

Australia: 10% GST (non-refundable in Australia) included. Goods are shipped from the Netherlands. No duty tax needs to be paid for order values under AUD 1,000.00. If you are a business with a valid ABN please send us an email to order without GST.

New Zealand: 15% GST included. Goods are shipped from Netherlands. No duty tax needs to be paid.

All other countries (including CH, UK and NOR). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gustavconcept.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
